The different head shapes and nut shapes are formed with one-stroke forming technology which ensures the right metal grain flow on the products are still properly maintained after being manufactured.  This process enables the company to manufacuture from hot forged titanium wheel rim bolts, nuts, washers, lug bolts and lug nuts to hex socket cap bolts, hex flange head bolts, tapered hex socket head bolts, hex head bolts, torx socket head bolts, 12-Point flange head bolts, hex socket countersunk head bolts, hex socket button head bolts, torx socket countersunk bolts, torx socket button head bolts, lock nuts, bi-hex lock nuts. All our products are of high quality in terms of safety and mechanical perfomance and these factors are critical for motorcycle and auto racing applications. 

Exeneli Accurate Components Co. is also equipped best-in-the-class heat treatment furnace that is particularly used for the quenching and aging of the titanium alloy that we use.

The titanium alloy material ( ASTM Grade 5, Ti-6AL4V) that we use for the manufacturing of our fastener products comes from No. 1 titanium producer in China, which has been supplying the same material to Boeing and Airbus.  The titanium alloy material save 46% of the weight as steel but has equivalent mechanical properties and by nature it is very corrosion resistant.   We are proud of the quality we achieved for our customers in the industry.
